Classes and Cost
YOGA DIVA HARAHAN TriYoga CLASSES
--Use a focused, sequential method for teaching.
--Are taught by a certified, experienced TriYoga instructor.
--Utilize authentic and ancient yoga practices.
--Are masterfully integrated to make each class informative, fun
--Are designed so you will excel at being the best yogi you can.
Note: Men and women attend.
Basics. Students learn the fundamentals of flow, including
relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements, and economy of motion.
They experience the inner flow as the movement of body, breath, and focus
Basics / Level I classes. I accommodate beginners as well as more advanced students, by giving modifications for the students who need them and offering extensions for those who want more.
Beginners Adult Program. A series of 6 classes for beginners.
Small classes allow me to give attention to everyone. I can address body areas they would like me to include in our gentle flows.
Chair Yoga. Students can have a full yoga experience without getting on the mat/floor. It accommodates those with knee/hip issues.
Office Yoga. Learn how to reduce stress and stretch your achy body at work.
Students are always encouraged to do what works for them at the time.
Morning and Evening Classes: $15 drop-in; $80/8 classes within the calendar month, then $10 per class exceeding 8.
BEGINNERS Adult Program: $90 for the 6 classes (when offered.)
YOGA for TEENS Series: $90 for the 2 week series of 6 classes (in the summer.)
Private Sessions: for those with health issues, those who want to build confidence, or those want/need individual attention ($75.)
Classes at Workplace, School or Church: cost varies.
